MasonrySaver® Cleaner & Degreaser is a super concentrated alkaline-based cleaner formulated to clean a variety of masonry surfaces including concrete, brick and stone. MasonrySaver Cleaner & Degreaser penetrates deep into the substrate to remove petroleum-based contaminants such as oils, dirt, grime and even efflorescence.
USES
MasonrySaver Cleaner & Degreaser cleans a variety of interior and exterior surfaces including garage floors, masonry walls, paver patios, driveways, sidewalks, parking garages, loading docks, industrial floors, machine shops, & auto repair facilities.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
DILUTION:
10:1 Dilution: Use 10 parts water to 1 part MasonrySaver Masonry Cleaner & Degreaser to clean: Counter tops, painted walls, bathrooms, woodwork, linoleum, automobiles, tile floors, storm doors, boats, & garbage cans.
Full Strength: Use full strength to clean: Floor wax, heel marks, smoke film, grease, finger prints, & ovens.
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation: Prior to application, thoroughly pre-wet with water all surrounding vegetation that may come into contact with MasonrySaver Cleaner & Degreaser. When cleaning is complete, again rinse vegetation to remove any residue.
General Cleaning: For dirt, grime, spots and stains, simply spray MasonrySaver Cleaner & Degreaser on the area to be cleaned, wait a minute or two and wipe off.
For Oil Staining On Concrete Floors And Driveways: Do not dilute the product or pre-wet the surface. Apply MasonrySaver Cleaner & Degreaser full strength by pouring or spraying on the areas to be cleaned. Work the cleaner into the stained area using a stiff broom or nylon brush. Allow the product to work for approximately 20-30 minutes before rinsing. Rinse with clean water. Rinsing with high pressure water and with heated water will expedite cleaning. For severe stains, multiple coats of cleaner may be needed.

Danger! Causes skin burns and eye damage. Keep out of reach of children. Do not breathe fumes, mist, spray or vapors. Contains alkaline detergents. Wear eye protection, protective clothing, and protective gloves. Dispose of contents/container to comply with applicable local, national and international regulation.
FIRST AID
IF INHALED: Remove to fresh air. Allow the victim to rest. FOR SKIN CONTACT: Wash off immediately with plent of water. If skin irritation persists, call a physician. FOR EYE CONTACT: Rinse thoroughly wiht plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Obtain medical attention if pain, blinking, or redness persist. IF SWALLOWED: Dilute with milk or water. Neutralize by taking 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Obtain emergency medical attention. Our recommendations for use of this product are based upon tests believed to be reliable. Since field conditions vary widely, the user must determine the suitability of the product for the particular use and specific method(s) of application. Due to the fact that SaverSystems has no control over surface preparation and application methods, no guarantee as to results is offered, expressed or implied. SaverSystems warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects.
SaverSystems’ liability shall be limited, in all events, to supplying sufficient product to re-treat the specific areas to which defective product has been applied. This warranty does not cover the cost of labor for application. SaverSystems shall have no other liability including direct, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
